Swannanoa Cleaners

Dropped a suit jacket which still had my Scotland yard badge in it, jacket came back with an I'd and badge fold, but no badge. They denied responsibility. Badge cost 800 for a replacement. Will never use them again. Would give them no stars if that was a possible rating

Dropped off 5 silk shirts, two shirts came back covered in stains. They were not stained when I brought him in there. They said that they were already that way but that was false. They asked me to sign a release of liability so they could attempt to fix them, so I refused. The bottom line they ruined two of my shirts and will not fix them. My silk shirts were over $100 a piece.

I feel they are quite expensive. We used them once and it will probably be the last time. My wife took in five knee length dresses and it cost $70.62. $13.20 + tax is a bit much for one dress.

Took some shirts and slacks here to be pressed. Took three tries and still didn't get a simple job done correctly. Pressed wrinkles and into some of the items, stained others with some blue substance, and melted a piece of plastic into another. The shirt with what was probably one of their plastic tags melted into the sleeve was ruined. They would not pay for it to be replaced and wouldn't even refund my money for "cleaning" it. Just put a tag on it saying "sorry we were unable to clean this garment". Would never go back to this location and very cautious about any other swannannoa cleaners.
