Classic Cleaners

Very upset with how I was treated by this place. Will NEVER give them business again or would recommend them to anyone. Go to drop off a coat, explained the situation of needing a copy/ picture of an invoice due to getting reimbursed before they cleaned my coat for estimate & was told over the phone when they called me ten minutes later after dropping coat off I would have to pay for my coat to be cleaned before they cleaned it & then I could have a copy of receipt for an invoice! Has anyone else been asked to pay before clothing/ linens cleaned here???! And if by chance I did pay before hand, what if my coat didn't get completely cleaned or it cost more money when I went to pick it up (after already paying). I really hope the owner of this joint doesn't question why people don't do business locally now & I hope he never feels the discrimination I just felt from him personally or his business!! His response to EVERYTHING was "i don't want in the middle of it"... in the middle of what??? Cleaning my coat... gaining my business?!?? I just wanted my coat cleaned people... I will go to a professional establishment that treats ALL PAYING CUSTOMERS EQUAL & I strongly encourage everyone else to as well!

I manage vacation rentals in the area and use Classic Cleaners frequently to clean comforters, shams, etc. They've always been very accommodating , even putting a 'rush' on things that we need back quicker than normal. Very friendly service. I would highly recommend.

He was professional, and had my suit cleaned in a timely fashion. Don't expect something to be done at a speed that makes up for your procrastination. AS WCU ALUMNI, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This place sucks he would not steam my graduation gown at 5:08 pm saying the machine has been turned off as WCU ALUM I WOULD DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.
