My experience at this location was horrible!!!! Price gouging, excessively higher prices for women's items, and added services which are not asked for, but you are charged for! When I went to pick up my items I knew the bill would be a bit high, but NOT $430.00!!!! That's correct $430.00!!!! I estimated the cost on the high end to be around $220.00 to $250.00!!! The cost was almost twice as much as I had anticipated, and I have had my dry cleaning done in many cities (Honolulu, Raleigh, Cary, Lexington, Germantown, and areas in NY) which never even came close to these ridiculous costs and add-ons that were not asked for!!! I do not recommend this place of business to anyone, and I plan on contacting the Attorney General's Office and the BBB.

This was the first time I have been to these cleaners and I do not plan on ever returning there again. I wanted two blazers dry cleaned ($16.70--- high but not ridiculous I thought) Next I had a pair of women's pants with 1/2 the hem on one leg that was loose. I was charged $16.90 for the hem job (they used heat tape hem it), plus $7.80 to clean them (not asked for). All in all to repair 1/2 of the hem it cost me $26.43. Disgusting!!
