Allen & Tony were great to work with! They were easy to contact and quick to get out on the property. I'm a first time home buyer and they were extremely patient with me and my many questions. They gave me some great advice and recommendations on what they would do if they were in my shoes and made me feel more confident in my decision. They were really friendly guys who took the time to understand why I was excited about the home I was purchasing while helping to set my expectations as to what I was going to be dealing with in the coming months/years. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Tony and Allen. Tony was able to accommodate my hectic schedule and answer questions before my inspection. Allen was amazing during the actual inspection. He was patient and addressed all of our concerns. Allen was very detailed and identified each and every issue with the property. Tony was very thorough and quick! Went through the whole house for the inspection and showed me the issues and explained everything in detail.

Allen is the most delightful person I've ever met! He made the inspection on my first home easy as can be. He took extra time to explain what he was looking for and showed me how things worked in my home. 5/5 would recommend to friends and family!
