I hired Home Inspector From Hell to look at a possible investment property. Living out of state it is hard to find people you can trust so I had a friend be there for the first 30 minutes. Within 15 minutes of being on site, John called me to let me know that the investment would be a money out based on repairs it needed. Within two hours I had multiple pictures and a short summary of all deficiencies. Can not recommend him enough.

It's not often when you hire a service and the service is exactly what you wanted.  

My husband and I had been looking for a home for months, one house really stood out to us.  I was searching for a good home inspector (We were still in Alaska) and come across the Home Inspector from Hell.  I read the entire website, and honestly I laughed a lot and really understood what he was trying to convey.  I chose right then the Home Inspector from Hell, without hesitation.  

We sent him to this dream home to inspect it for us.  Pictures and surface areas are just not enough to worry about when buying a home, it's what is underneath, behind the walls, and on the roof.  The "dream" home turned out to be a fixer upper!  If it wasn't for his thorough inspection I would have bought a home at full price with structural issues, electrical issues, defective water pipes (the entire home), plus 26 other areas of issues.  My husband and I backed out from that "dream" home and conveyed to our Real Estate Agent why were not going to purchase the home and that we were very angry to find out the sellers were asking full price when it is a fixer upper.  The seller's Real Estate Agent (Malcolm McFadyen) made the statement that he will never use the Home Inspector from Hell on any of his properties.  Of course the seller's Real Estate Agent (Malcolm McFadyen) would say that!  The Home Inspector from Hell is with the Buyer, and he doesn't care if the house sells.  He stands up to his intent and will let you know if the house is up to par (his standard by the way, which is very high).

I was then asked by the sellers Real Estate Agent to give our inspection summary and details for them to review.  I declined that request and then we received the home inspection that the sellers had done prior.  The two inspections were nearly (all but 3) identical.  The sellers knew and their Real Estate Agent knew that they were giving a shady sell (if you ask me).  

Don't worry there is a good ending!  We found another home and the home was great.  The Home Inspector from Hell told us that we went from a 2 to a 9.5.  We were relieved that we chose a home inspector that looks at everything and is very thorough, because honestly I wasn't in to buying someone else's problem home from hell.

John has always been Early to home inspections. He has always given  my buyers a summary along with a Full detailed report Always including photos. He has been an extreme life saver to many of my clients through the years. Excellent & Professional Always! 
Thank you John for your Hard work in helping the buyers understand any problems they may be getting into.
I highly recommend this inspector.

This response is to the the review placed by the  Real Estate Broker Nathan Hwang. He was upset because I would not go back to a property for free that he failed to insure was ready for inspection for his client. The crawlspace was padlocked and could not be inspected.  It was Mr. Hwang's responsibilty to ensure the property was ready for the inspection for our the Buyer. Also he was twenty minutes late past the scheduled time in opening the property for inspection. He gave me a review of one star with no explaination. The real sign of a professional.  John, the Home Inspector from Hell.

Please don't let the name scare you. I am a first time home buyer at the age of 28. Mr. John made this a pleasant experience. He takes his time and makes sure you understands the important of the repairs, what to write in the contract, and how to make sure your repairs are completed to your satisfaction. He really stands by his name!!!
