I initially started using Discovery Home Inspections when I saw the care and time Chris Barnes took with the buyers on an older home in Haymount that needed some help. His attention to detail was awesome. What really stood out was the care with which he handled the buyers. The process which could have been scary was professional, informative and done in a manner which gave the buyers confidence that their prospective home was indeed inspected by a professional. This put the buyers at ease, knowing exactly how to proceed with their purchase. 
I highly recommend Discovery Home Inspections.

Have used Discovery twice now and Chris is awesome!! Quick response and flexible in working with you. Good & fair pricing (I looked at others...great deal with Chris). Detailed and honest. Will explain things to you and walk you through what he is doing or looking at or why something is good or bad. Very friendly and easy to work with. Knowledgable and resourceful...knows what he is talking about.Would highly recommend and would use again.

Eric is a wonderful home inspector. Many of my buyers choose to use him and they are always happy at how thorough he is. His reports are easy to read and he always try's to fit my clients in as fast as he can. Highly recommend!

Chris did a great job inspecting the home. He was very thorough and helpful in explaining what needed to be fixed and why. Super nice guy. I would highly recommend Discovery Home Inspection.

Chris was great.  Punctual  and very  knowledgeable.  Chris  points out a lot of things  I overlooked  and he is a very  professional.  I would  highly  recommend  him to anyone  who need his service.
