Being a first time home buyer I wanted to know everything about what was going on in a inspection and Tyler did just that. He walked me through the house pointed out what was wrong and what could cause a problem if not fixed. he was very detailed in both reports, what I didn’t understand he broke it down. I receive both reports the same day maybe 2 hours after the homes were inspected. I also did not have to wait long to be scheduled. Tyler was very knowledgeable, on what he was doing he used a camera to support his report. as being a first time buyer paying 250-300 for an home inspection after working with Tyler he made me understand the importance of a home inspection. The inspection was thorough. Tyler inspected the whole house. He took time with questions I had with certain issues with the house. You get a fair market price for the inspection. I had the complete report via email the same day of the inspection.

Tyler was fantastic , prompt and extremely thorough. Had a property I am purchasing and needed and inspection , his reviews are accurate . He walked with me through the property , pointed out several things I had overlooked in my initial walkthrough. Very detailed and friendly , his final presentation was extremely helpful , highly recommend Tyler for any home inspection needed !

Tyler showed up prepared and well educated on what to look for in a home. He noted any deficiencies and used a camera to gain photographic evidence for his report. He took his time and went through the interior and exterior bit by bit photographing anything he saw along the way. As he worked he would frequently give tips or mention his experiences as a former builder and current inspector. He was also a Construction major as an undergraduate in college. With his education and experience he has a leg up on any inspector in the area. Fair prices and thorough work. What more can you ask for?

Very nice and easy to work with, especially being out of state. I was able to reach him via telephone with no problem and I'm sure if I had to leave a message he would of gotten back to me quickly. The report was easy to access and print, and explained things in the report in detail over the phone. The price was great, too with 25 dollars off if military. If I ever buy in the Raeford/Fayetteville area again I will go back to Red, White and Blue!
