Byron is very thorough and provides an easily read and understood home inspection. It was even noted by a realtor that it is easily translated to a repair request. His customer service and want to “accomplish the mission” is bar-none. Under a time crunch he went above and beyond. I truly appreciate it, Byron! I would recommend him to family and friends, but more importantly, I would recommend him to my daughter!

Byron was an ease to work with. This is our first time buying a home, and I had no idea what to expect when it came to inspection time. He had our inspection information ready that afternoon, and it was all laid out with pictures, and detailed.

Work with Byron for many inspections on our house. He was always on time, very informative and professional. He has gone out of his way to answer any an all questions we had as first time homeowners. Would definitely recommend him and plan to use him in the future.

Did a punch out list for a seller whose home was inspected by this company. Half of repair items did not exist and other items were speculative conjecture at the very least.
