Advantage Inspection

Prompt professional service, highly detailed report, and good photographs. I would have given up five stars, except they sent me an email saying that they offered a free concierge service with which they would be able to make the arrangements to have the utilities such as water, gas, electric oil transfer to the counseling our name. The email indicated that someone from their firm would call us to make these arrangements, but we are now 6 days away from our closing date and no one ever followed up with us. I do want to stress that they provided very professional service at what I felt was a fair price. The only reason I bumped it from five stars down to four stars is because they offered us a service with a commitment to follow up with us directly and never did so. The service of the inspector and the report itself was definitely five star.

Having just relocated to the area, I needed somebody thorough who could be trusted to take a no-BS approach and find everything that I wouldn’t know I was even looking for. I’m happy we went with Advantage, because our inspector found every last detail - both small and large - which allowed us to make our own decisions about what needed to be addressed. He took a calm approach while pointing out problems and solutions, not wanting to scare us out of buying a home, just sharing with us what each thing meant. We appreciated that as former Miami residents who were used to condo living.

Great home inspection experience all around. Got a very detailed and thorough inspection report with great pictures and explanations. Joe was able to email us the report back in less than 24 hours. Definitely recommend Advantage Inspection!

The gentleman who inspected my home was very knowledgeable. He walked me through everything and explained things to me in terms I was able to understand. He was very patient and answered any and all of my questions. I will definitely recommend Advantage Inspection for their professionalism and dedication to detail.

The patience and education provided is greatly appreciated. The ancillary services are an added bonus. Definitely a great company to utilize for your next inspection.
