My husband and I highly recommend Atlantic Inspection Service for home inspections. Eddie inspected our first home before we bought it. We got a thorough inspection, detailed report with photos, and explanation of anything we had questions about. He was super communicative over phone, email, etc. Most of all, it gave us peace of mind that we knew all about our house before we bought it!

This man is useless. I discovered multiples problems with a house after I bought it. None of which this man pointed out. House needs new roof. Insurance company will not insure the house without a new roof. Mold in house. Carport separating from house. I should sue this man. Burn your money before you hire this guy.

don't waste your time with this man. call someone who cares about their customers and stands behind their word. i had an appointment for 8am on 4/13/17 which mr. thornell verified by email. when he didn't show up i called him. first he said he didn't know what i was talking about and then he said he " says all kinds of things when he is driving down the road" . when i told him he confirmed the appointment via email he said " things happen". he made no attempt to rectify his mistake, he said he would put me on the schedule for next thursday, a full week after his missed appointment.
