This is the best inspection company, OUTSTANDING! Jim covered everything, and I am so grateful, because he was so thorough. I can find the area , that the most water is is getting into house, roof and foundation. Every area he covered so well. I can't say thank you enough. Not to mention the first i called him, i had a leak, he came right over, and tried to help me, and offered to come back and help so I at least has a toilet, then when i contacted him and wanted to pay him for the trip he made. He said " don't worry about it, I was just glad I could help You". Wow, i was so impressed. Then his inspection, was the greatest. i look at it often to see where I can try to fix whatever I can, or at least stop more damage. Highly recommend him. Great great service. My wife and I currently have a contract on our first home. My real estate agent highly recommended a home inspection, and considering I've only lived in Jacksonville for a couple of years, I had no clue who to call. Several people referred me to Jim at Allphase Property Inspections, so that's who I went with. I am extremely satisfied with the inspection; Jim is a great, knowledgeable guy. He knew that it was my wife and I's first home, so it explained in great detail many things that I simply didn't know and/or understand. He answered all (lots) of questions that I had and was extremely patient and honest with me.
