Aaron's Self Storage

My mother used this business for a medium size storage unit to store things until she fully moves into her new home. It was in a nice area and was well kept on the exterior, but upon going to retrieve some items from the unit we noticed what appeared to be rat urine and droppings on the wood funiture. Even with a sheet over the items there were some stains that aren't coming off. They should put more effort into pest control. There are small gaps atop each unit so if one person accidentally brought roaches or mice to their unit they would have no problem moving from unit to unit.

Grant is awesome.. was relocated to San Antonio + still have my stuff there while I get situated ... But is cool..clean an quite = watch out for the H* PD an keep the speed Limit

I have been a customer of Aaron's for quite some time. Carla is the greatest. I was recently involved in a pretty severe motorcycle accident and had to wait for my short term disability to kick in before I could make a payment. Carla was very understanding and assisted me in every way catching up my space rent. She is always friendly and is one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with.

Carla Baker has been friendly, honest & helpful. Customer service at its best. I wish there were more people like her out there!! The facility is clean & secure.
