Devon Self Storage - DFW

Was welcomed and treated like a friend. Christy and Bob made sure I had what I needed and were very nice. I am very pleased with Devon Storage. Very clean, in the office , on the grounds and in the storage unit.

Great experience with the current staff. They are knowledeable and make the process easy and quick for a new tenant. The premises were clean with easy access as well. Good location and hours.

Bob & Kristi (hope her name is spelled right), with their upbeat and friendly attitudes, make the experience pleasant and painless. Facilities are clean and secure.

The main issue I have with this facility is that I had reserved a unit online (res good for 7 days) and when I came in to sign paperwork they told me the price had changed and it wasn't in my favor (seems a bit too convenient for me). I would have gone somewhere else except I had a moving truck delivering to this facility the same day and couldn't make a change in time. Also, I don't remember reading anywhere online that in order to get the two month half off offer, you have to pay for the first three months up front. It may be there but I sure didn't see it. Other than that, the staff is nice and the facility was clean.
