Extra Space Storage

Disclaimer: I am being given a free storage unit in exchange for this review. JUST KIDDING But I am pleased enough with the service that I'm happy to write a review and I did use the first month free discount, so there's that. Seriously though, I really am very happy with the service here. I worked as an event coordinator at a company where I was dealing with storage units on the regular, so to say I hate dealing with storage units is an understatement. Trey, the manager, made the experience as painless as humanly possible. He called me, within 5 minutes of booking my unit, to confirm my reservation and make sure the unit would fit my needs. When I got there the next day, he greeted me by name and made a point of making me feel welcome, he even noted the proximity of my birthday on the paperwork. He explained all the paperwork and went through all the usual disclaimers and explained the difference between the online discount and the on-site first month free discount and helped me pick the one that would save me the most money. All around, I was very happy with how things went. Score one for extra space.

First of all, I want to thank Craig and Trey for their amazing customer service. I stopped by Extra Space Storage after visiting no less than 3 Public Storage locations and frankly i wish i camr here first. Amazing customer service, vehicle accessible units, and better service or price than public storage.

From the moment I got there it was nothing but friendliness and professionalism. They asked many questions to really try understand my situation and find me the best unit, not just in price but also in size and condition for anything temperature sensitive. They walked me through the whole process sh9wed me multiple units and even made sure that my lock and code work and cleaned out the unit the same day. They definitely took stress off of the last minute move.

Jonathan, Beth and Craig from ESS were extremely accomodating even after I foolishly chose to go with a competitor for a lower rate. When I realized my error and called Jonathan to help me to relocate to the Wagner Way facility.....I received a no problem and Beth and Craig honored the original promotion! Something the competitor was deceptive about and didn't honor. Rent with Extra Space Storage!!! Customer Service is top notch and the facilities are clean and accommodating.
