Assured Self Storage

My first time using a storage unit in over twenty years and the service was excellent. The units are kept in excellent shape. The manager could not have been more helpful. The location is across the street from a Home Depot which came in handy for the rental truck and several items needed during both the move in and the move out.

kudos for your great, PROFESSIONAL staff: Mary went over and beyond to help me when my vehicle was too small to get my boxes home and she delivered them to my apartment!! Sweet, kind folks like Assured self storage employees that go the extra mile only SPELLS SUCCESS!!! Thanks again Mary!!!

Amazing Service! I had the pleasure of working with the manager Mary, she was very understanding of my time, and even walked me personally to my unit. I could not have had better service, or better prices anywhere else. Thank you for caring about your customers, and going above and beyond for them.

Great service !!! I came in to get a small storage the manager was very friendly and informative. And the best part is that she let me use some shelves she had left over. She even helped me take it to my unit. That was so kind of her and saved me the hassle of bringing my own shelves. THANK YOU! I’ll definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues!

I have now rented 2 units, moving up in size from one to the other due to life. Both experiences were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The management on site is always aware of the facility and is eager to address any concerns. Definitely going to recommend to friends and family.
