CubeSmart Self Storage

Cindy is awesome! This is my second time using Cubesmart and my second time working with Cindy. My experiences both times are a perfect example of how customer service should be. Cindy goes above and beyond, knows her job well, is courteous, polite and efficient. I came in late on a Sunday minutes before closing and Cindy helped me through the entire process and had me in a unit, and on my way in no time. She waited for me, I told her I was coming and I got to the facility two minutes before closing. I will continue to use this facility because of my experiences with her. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a secure and clean storage place. I recommend Cubesmart Little Elm to anyone who wants to experience customer service at its finest! You rock Cindy!

Wow we’re we treated well! We needed a covered space for our movtorhome while visiting family. I was told that it would only cost the office fee of about $25 since Cubesmart offered the first month free. I in dictated I only needed 3 weeks but was told the first month would still be free. The staff at the office were very friendly and helpful. Could’t Be happier.
