We have been clients of Judy's for the last 3 years and have loved the experience. She provides exceptional customer service. She has contacted us every time there has been any activity or opportunity that involves our storage or contract. This is exceptional customer service.you expect but rarely receive. We have recommended her to several of our friends without hesitation. She's a star!

Judy was fantastic. She had my paperwork ready and made the sign up process painless and extremely quick. The facility is very clean and secure. I won’t have any worries about the contents of my unit staying protected with all the cameras they have. Thanks Judy!

The site manager, Judy made renting a storage unit at this location a very pleasant experience. She immediately offered me a ride to the unit I was considering and helped me confirm that it would meet my storage needs. She is extremely proficient with the system and very familiar with process so renting a new unit took less than 5 minutes. I am confident that my belongings will be safely stored here. I highly recommend doing business at this location.

I made an appointment to meet with someone regarding the unit I reserved online and was thoroughly impressed with the staff, the property, and the customer service. After reserving the unit I received a phone call informing me on what to expect and set up a day to come in. When I arrived with my stuff, it was a very smooth process and Judy was extremely helpful. She showed me the unit, set me up with auto pay so I don't have to worry about payments, and walked outside to make sure the keycode worked. They were quite busy but she didn't rush me and gave me the attention and customer service as if I was the only one there (something you don't really find too often anymore). Later on she was out on the golf cart and even stopped to make sure we were still happy and told us they have cold water and a restroom if we needed it. Was definitely blown away of my overall experience and will definitely be a longtime customer.

I had my stuff at another storage facility and recently moved it here and I'm so glad I did. Everything is so clean and maintained. I thought it was brand new but but really they just take great care of it all.
