Assured Self Storage

Very easy to work with, worked with us on access to our units as we moved, and helped us as we moved out of the units. We had inside conditioned units - and if you have ever had these they can be a pain if you want something in the back or middle of them - then put the rest of the stuff back in the unit. They worked with us to make this very easy. Good introduction rates, if you are going to be in ANY storage unit for longer than the introduction rate (even if not planned for) look at the regular rate. What is the value of the stuff in the unit? Divide by the regular rate - does this make sense to you as you are using the units. For a move or temp storage? We picked Assured not because they were the cheapest - that counts - but also because of the location in the heart of west Allen. And because as you are moving you will need food and there are plenty of options near Assured. Right off of Exchange near Alma - perfect.

What a life saver they were this past weekend for us—Needed a last minute unit and called them on the phone. They were just closing but they were super nice and stayed open so that we could get there to rent a unit. Very friendly and just awesome people to rent from

The staff and place is great! I recently rented a space and Ernie made the experience fast and easy. The place is extra clean and well secured. I made a mistake on my check out date and Natasha was awesome and helped me get everything taken care of without any hassle or extra charge! Highly recommend this storage unit if you're needing one. Thanks again for everything!

Great storage place!! Natasha is amazing! Safe, secure and very well lit. My unit was very clean. Best place around Allen to rent from, wouldn’t go anywhere else.
