CubeSmart Self Storage

Renee provided me with excellent customer service! She was very friendly and professional. She easily addressed all my needs with renting my space. She even took me to see the unit before finalizing the transaction. She definitely is an asset to this company!! I almost didn’t use Cube Smart due to a not so pleasant experience from the Manager, Melanie, at the Round Grove location. I’m glad that I intentionally called this location and found a very pleasant associate! Thank you again Renee😀🙏

I had problems with the overhead door on my storage facility. I needed quick access. Renee Hosey quickly took control and called a door repairman to come fix the door. The door was not able to be repaired immediately so Renee found another storage of equal size that I could quickly move into. GOOD JOB RENEE!!!! A 5 STAR PLUS EXPERIENCE..

I want to thank Candiss for helping me with getting a storage unit with them and taking care of the Auction I won through Storage Treasure. I was able to save money plus her customer service was excellent and put me at ease.

This Storage facility is awesome! I was greeted by Stormy and she was very friendly and helpful. She got me all setup and ensured that I knew where the storage unit was located and that I could secure it until my belongings were delivered. When my belongings arrived I was assisted by Kiki and she made the moving in of my belongings very easy and helped the driver of the truck to park correctly by the building. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wants to deal with an awesome staff and a clean well maintained facility.

I needed a storage unit quickly... Jackie at the front desk was very helpful and extremely accommodating! Excellent customer service Very nice and informative! I will recommend this CubeSmart to all my family and friends!
