I opened my unit with Gari and she was super helpful. Lisa was a major asset in ensuring my property was well protected when there was an unauthorized user trying to access my unit. They always have a cheerful demeanor and are super attentive to your needs. Even though I live farther away I would come back and do business with them ANY time. I appreciate their kindness and support during a very stressful move. 💯

Full disclosure: I just got my storage unit so can't comment on anything long-term yet, but Gari was AWESOME getting me set up. I reserved the unit online and when I met her on-site later that day, she showed me the grounds, explained how to use all of the gates/doors, and made sure to get me a unit as close to the elevator as possible! She was super friendly and made me feel confident that my unit will be secure and if there are any issues, I'll be well taken care of! I'm so glad I found Public Storage!

Geri at the front desk was courteous, very knowledgeable and professional gave us THE BEST service we have received in a long time from anywhere. We couldn’t have for a better representative of Public Storage to assist us with the proper size of unit we needed the the transaction process to walking us back to the unit then thanking us. Geri’s customer service and great personality is an asset to the success of Public Storage at that location.

I have rented storage for several years at this location. Gari and Lisa and always very helpful! Highly recommend this Public Storage.
