Assured Self Storage

I can't say enough good about Assured Self Storage. The facility is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I called around to a lot of places and this by far was the best value. Durras answered all my questions and made sure that I understood all my options. She really made me feel valued as a customer. She was friendly and professional.

Ms.Durras was wonderful. Knowledgeable and a delight. Units were spotless. I looked at 3 out door units. Whole storage facility inside and out side clean. Even the golf cart was clean. Prices are great. Best place to store.

Durras the manager is amazing. We had a faulty lock, and she came in on her off day to fix it. And even when it proved difficult, she kept at it and managed to fix it by the end of the day. She is so nice, and cares about her Tennants. The price really can't be beat either, and the unit we got was very clean!

Mary, Olivia, and Duras gave us excellent customer service when the sale of our home closed sooner than expected. We found out on a Thursday afternoon that our closing was scheduled for the next morning at 11 am so we needed a storage unit right away. Duras took care of setting us up with a storage unit and helped us quickly rent another unit when we ran out of space. The sale of our home was a very emotional time for us; however, Mary, Olivia, and Duras took great care of us and made a stressful move much smoother for us. Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from Assured Self Storage and will use them again should we ever move back to the Mansfield area.

Lowsiest management ever ..rude ghetto obnoxious and loud ...i was embarrassed to be in the same room as her in Light of they might think we all know each other as friends or something ..if you go rent or visit here you will know exactly who im taljing about you cant niss her ..if you do not see her you will definetly see her ..its natural for her to she doesnt see it ..no respect for others and their surroundings.. She was probably raised being bullied and critized all hsr life . how can aomeone habe that much negativity and hostility in their bidy and not hurt from the tension of it all ...somebody please get this women a drink a valium and bong ...those 3 put together should atleast ease her up a little
