Devon Self Storage

Units are nice, not real impressed with the lady running the place. She keep my husbands Driver licenses knew I was in a rush to have to go back and get them then was rude to my 16 year old when I sent him in to get them. She had to bring them out to the truck and then made me show my Driver License to even return them. And she knew exactly who I was. I think the fee for a big unit is way more than it should be when there are other places half the price but we haven’t moved from there because we’ll soon not need the room. Apparently they also require a 30 day notice when you know longer their services. I feel the manager on site is on a huge power trip. Really wouldn’t recommend this place.

been a customer there for some time and i couldnt be happier. the manager , Shannon, is one of the nicest people ive ever met. she has always been able to help me and always does it with a smile. we need more people like her in the workforce! i give her a 5 star!

I reserved a unit on the phone and immediately received confirmation for that day. When we arrived the unit was clean and ready. The staff on the phone and in person were very courteous and helpful. This is a great place to use for extra storage.

Very helpful and informative leasing experience from Shannon & Debbie. I leased upfront to the left outside space is convenient, except first day all three cars on the whole facility after lunch: we were in each other's way due to only one driveway for cars to exit from the back two lanes, but we all remained friendly. Space is clean and well maintained as advertised. Items available for purchase to help with move are reasonably priced.
