I am beyond satisfied with my CubeSmart experience. Though it has been a short stay, both Jordan and Alice have been very helpful, whether I was in need of water, or a new lock after misplacing my original. From the moment I met Jordan, he has been very careful to make sure my experience has been positive. (Being a woman of a certain age, with severe health limitations, this could have been a deal breaker! This young man made sure my unit was easily accessible, & that I knew the procedure for locking my unit correctly.) Thank you CubeSmart. I wish I could have obtained a CubeSmart storage in the new city/ state that I am moving to shortly. I recommend this company highly.

Alice was friendly, helpful and honest, also took tim for me before her shift started. Prices are reasonable.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff with a clean facility !
Answered all my questions and were polite every step of the way.
I would recommend this place in a heartbeat !
And you can’t beat the price for value.

We came 20 min. before closing and received excellent service ! The gentleman was super nice, quick but not rushing and knowledgeable. Glad we came here
