SurePoint Self Storage - FM 3009

We had been looking for a storage unit/facility close to our house and came across Sure Point. Steven, the manager, was EXTREMELY helpful and very professional! He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to store our household goods....the right sized unit, the perfect location, and all for the right price! We would recommend Sure Point (specifically the one on I-35 off exit 178 in Schertz, TX) to anyone looking for a very clean and secure place to store their stuff. Steven was awesome, and I know he’ll help you guys out, too!!

I've had a storage unit here for several years and I can't say enough about how great the staff are. The facility is clean and we'll kept up with. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best self storage business I have ever dealt with. We rent an office and storage units, and the customer service is above and beyond. The facility is clean, climate controlled, and bug free. There are a variety of sizes and office units. The staff also go above and beyond to ensure that the limited parking spaces are not all used by Starbucks customers, which is very important for us so that our customers can actually park in front of our business! I highly recommend these air conditioned units.

I'm afraid of bugs and critters. I reluctantly went with this storage unit and have not been disappointed. Not a single bug! Love this place.
