Public Storage

It is always nice to be greeted by warm smiles and courteous people. Shanna and Christine made me feel comfortable and help me to decide on the best storage option for me. The prices were great and the location was perfect for me. This is how appreciative I was, I gave Shanna a big hug after she went outside with me to use my entrance code. Thank you so much!!

I love this storage facility! I rented a storage unit here in 2011. Shanna was so helpful, kind, and personable. I kept my storage here until I found a house to move in. Last January I was in need of storage again. I knew where I was going...trusty Public Storage on Westgate! I was so pleased Shanna is still there! I've never had one problem here, safe, secure, clean.

Was here for about 2 years, always paid on time. My wife lost her lock in Nov 2017. Was told by guy at front office that he would sell her another and she could bring it back for a refund when she found her lock. My wife found her lock and brought in back for refund 1st week of Jan 2018. Was told it was not their lock because it had a 9.99 sticker on it. My wife paid 19.99 but they acted like she went to another facility, bought a lock for $9.99 and was trying to get $19.99? Told to return with receipt. I brought electronic receipt from bank and was then told had to be returned within 30 days. They gave me Shanna's (manager) number. Called her and she said she would look into it but they don't give lock refunds period. She said she would contact corporate and get back to me. She never called back so I have now moved out and am giving my $1400.00 a year to another company that has people trained on what the actually policies are. All they had to do was honor the original deal and refund my $19.99 but I guess they have enough business to not worry about my meager yearly recurring revenue. I own my own business and am not sure how their business model works letting $19.99 cost them $1400.00. Maybe that's a trade secret.
