CubeSmart Self Storage

The storage is pretty good and the access is easy. I'd give them 5-star if these things don't come up at the last minute. They didn't inform me about providing them the proof of renter insurance to waive for the storage insurance and once I provided that they said they couldn't do it at the last minute. I had no options but buying their insurance because it was my last day to settle down before leaving for work. 12$ is really not much but just the way they run the services makes me really uncomfortable. If you book the storage here, watch out for couple last minute fees (they don't tell you on the phone): Storage insurance, lock (bring your own, otherwise real expensive to buy theirs). Anyways, storage is good, service is opposite.

This place was super clean and super friendly . From out of town doing college move out , thx CubeSmart for making this a great experience and a “Smart “ choice . The staff super friendly and really easy Access off Harvey Mitchell . I highly recommend it .

After hearing my curse out my dresser trying to move it by myself, Charlie insisted on helping me unload at 10PM at night. Besides that, the other customer service is fantastic and the prices are fair.
