I had never leased a storage before it was my first time. The lady at the desk was very nice and polite. She explained everything I needed to know and what options I could take in regards to leasing the storage. She walked with me outside and took me to my storage gave me a little tour as we were walking. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend this storage location to friends and family members.

I was really happy and impressed by the service here. Jared was super helpful and ensured all of my storage needs/worries were addressed. He also made the process of renting a unit very quick and easy. This is why I chose US Storage Centers every summer to rent a unit.

Love coming here. Got my 2nd unit. Such a friendly environment!! Staff is always so welcoming with each visit!

Had great follow-up with customer service and lease terms were carried out exactly as stated in person.  I used them very short-term while flying in and out of Houston and it was a good overall experience.
