Very helpful. Answered all of our questions. They were very accommodating to what we wanted. They rank high in customer service in my book (I'm hard to please).

The staff was super nice! Very clean & Affordable, Lauren showed me 2 different units & answered all my questions! I would definitely reccomend them to anyone!

ZERO STARS...STAY AWAY!!!! I secured a storage unit here last month. I am a victim of Hurricane Harvey. I also have brain cancer (they were aware of both the day I signed up to rent). I sometimes fall asleep due to medications from my treatment. I had an experience of that side effect yesterday at the facility, and fell asleep in my car, in front of the storage unit I rent. A rude girl (dealt with her once before in the office, she has the personality of a rock and is not trained for customer service, let alone anything else) was apparently riding around in a golf cart, saw me asleep, woke me up and accused me of loitering...REALLY? How about asking me if I'm OK? Zero stars for this place if an option. Gave my notice to move out yesterday, even though I could (and likely still may) pursue a lawsuit under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Afterwards, I tried to call them and discuss what I'm having to reveal here, and they have me on call reject, or are choosing to ignore my calls. DON'T RENT FROM THEM. Most units are unoccupied and I smell mildew when I go there (they flooded during hurricane Harvey according to others)...plenty of other storage places around. Owner will hear from me about this, and I will be discouraging all from doing business with them as long as that employee works there.

They were so convenient n helpfully n so fast, my first storage unit but with the help of Lauren , if I ever need another one I will surely request this place for anyone
