My wife and I had an appointment to get a storage unit. Upon arriving at the facility we were greeted by Cheryl. Cheryl is pleasant with a bubbly personality. This day, she was alone. She is knowledgeable and she gave us all the information we needed to know about the facility. She answered all of our questions. Her personality is exceptional. We enjoy talking to her. She is an excellent representative of Public Storage company.

Made a reservation online and shortly after got a phone call to confirm. On the day of my move in I change my time to later with no problem and when I got there early cheryl was just awesome! She help me with my move in and everything went smooth. Cheryl is a very nice person and a hard worker.. she deserves a raise!

Cheryl and Sabrina were very helpful. They took the time to show us what we wanted to look at and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need. I would highly recommend the Conroe Public Storage. Very professional and we were treated like family. Thanks Ladies

Fast and friendly service. The girl who helped us, Ashley, was friendly and upbeat. Helped us find the right space and explained everything. Had patience and was super courteous. Great experience, would highly reccomend!
