Richard the office manager is great. I have an office in this building and Richard did a great job in taking me through the lease process. I highly recommend AAA Alliance Self Storage.

Be warned about the way this storage company does business.  It gives them the right to raise the rental fee whenever they want, which they do.  Over the last 18 months, my fee increased 3 times from $180 up to $235. which is a 30% increase. 
Upon contacting manager, he said he is following orders from the owners, and has no control.  Also that he has a waiting list and I could move anytime.
