Excellent food but a bit pricey overall. Only have been there once. The gumbo was great, the duck entree was amazing if you like duck with a fire grilled flavor. The duck dish was essentially half of a duck. Very filling, no need to order any sides nor appetizers. There are some appealing items on the menu I would like to go back to try. Service was very attentive and prompt.

This was an awesome experience. I really felt at first i didn't belong there but the staff treated me and my boyfriend with so much hospitality. And the food was superb! I will go there again!!!

Great service and food. I am somewhat biased because I love New Orleans. However, for the price, the quality of food and drink is terrific. Our server, man with pony tail, was absolutely fantastic at accommodating large group of people. He even helped us with word scramble on kids menu! I highly recommend this place. Not as trendy as other places but just as good if not better.

The Shrimp and Jalapeno Cheddar Grits has got to be my top best 5 things I've ever eaten. The flavors are so bright and flavorful. Just the right amount of spice! Totally recommend! Service was spectacular. The next time I'm in Washington DC, I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Love this place! Elegant interior that’s a bit off-beat and beautifully lit. Professional and efficient service that was also warm and friendly. And great food! Loved the seafood gumbo and sweet potato turnover. We thought the fried catfish was relatively tasteless, although perfectly prepared, but the blue cheese coleslaw that came with it was a revelation. Can’t wait to get back!
