I've been renting a townhouse from Access for close to 2 years now and I must say, they've made it very easy for my family and I. Anytime there was a problem, be it a maintenance issue or something that just needed to be tended to, Access made it a priority to make sure our needs were met. In particular, I'd like to thank Sidney and her mother for always being so kind and very hospitable to their customers. It's people like them, who care and show concern that make the experience of renting worthwhile

Their agent John treated my husband and I very well when we were looking for an investment property. We had some bumps in the road during the sale but in the end it turned out well. I was very pleased with his services.

I wouldn't give them half a star. I live in a house that they manage and I'm sure they milk the home owner as much as they can. I say that because I have 3 other properties that is really well managed. When my ac goes out it is fixed and I will never be in a whole for $5000.00
