As we know the drought is almost a memory. And so the lakes are full to capacity and are very beautiful to gaze at. Green hills and trees cover the landscape at Lake Hogan. THERE ARE WALKING TRAILS SWIMMING FOUR WLEELIN TERRITORITY. FIRES X ARE ALLOWED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ALONG THE CAMPGROUND. WATER HOOKUPS AVAILABLE AS WELL AS SHOWERS AND CLEAN LAVATORIES.

First night, so Google maps is jumping the gun a bit. So far, great. I was here on Cinco de Mayo, t hete were a ton of jet boats. They were super loud. At 6 pm they all but stopped and I am experiencing a tranquil lake, like I was looking for.

Loud AF during the day basically no shot at fishing with those boats all over the place. Campsite was kind or messy with some trash. Some sort of grasshopper hatch occurring. Also the sounds of generators through the night doesn't exactly get you in touch with nature.
