The staff at Acoustic Vibes were prompt, thorough, accommodating, and the most professional music shop I’ve ever dealt with. It’s tough when you can’t see the guitars up close, but the pictures, descriptions, and audio clips were helpful. Will shop here again for sure!! Thanks again!!!!

We were looking for a used acoustic guitar and were referred here. Selection was amazing and our sales guy, PHIL, was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect guitar. The selection is huge and it was a very comfortable place to shop. We were offered service for later, free, in case any adjustments were needed. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for great selection and great service.

I had called all over in town. I was in AZ for just another day or two and everyone was backed up for a week or two. I knew I couldn’t get my travel guitar in anywhere and completed by departure time. I decided to go in for a new top nut and supplies to fix and set up the guitar myself. The tech told me about a trick of adjusting the nut height with baking soda and super glue for a easy fix. Then he just grabbed it and adjusted the truss rod and tuned up the top nut. Then, he only charged me $10. Then tried to buy strings and he said they were all good and I didn’t need them. This place has earned me as a loyal customer. He explained how he was on a trip and a friend gave him a guitar falling apart. He went to a guitar shop and asked to use the tools since he didn’t want to invest into a guitar that wasn’t worth much. He said how the guitar shop had pitty on him and tuned it all up for $15 bucks and not $50. He decided to do the same for me and pay it forward. Now I need to pay it forward to someone else when the opportunity comes. This place rocks!! Thanks!! Happy traveler guitar here!

This is the best high end acoustic guitar store. The stock selection is comprehensive. In the show room you have absolute freedom to play all the guitars.

Absolutely gorgeous selection of boutique guitars. Wonderful showroom, friendly staff. I've never seen a shop like this before or since. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a next level type of guitar buying experience.
