Staff in the repair shop were not the most friendly but we're helpful. The shop was hard to navigate and hard to locate employees who could help. Staff members blended in with customers. I was able to get in and out considerably quickly. I appreciated the parking in the rear of the business. It was easy to find a parking spot and easy to get in and out of.

This is a large, "full setvice" music store in downtown Mesa (on Main St. on the the light rail line). It has an amazing array of musical instruments and printed music -- much larger than any other music store I've been in in Arizona -- and has been in business for more than 70 years. We were looking at pianos which are in a separate building directly across the street from the rest of the store. The staff there was knowledgeable and helpful and even offered to pick up our existing piano and deliver it free of charge to the charity to which we were donating it. They went out of their way to make the process of buying a new piano as simple and hassle-free as possible. Highly recommended!

They are super amazing. I was behind 2 months of payments for my sons trumpet and did not get a late fee. They kindly called and i asked if i was able to pay. I did plus another month. They are inexpensive to rent and my son loves his trumpet. 🎺

Fast amazing service, great atmosphere. Great selection of guitar strings and accessories. Very knowledgeable about instruments would recommend this place to everyone.

Never a problem or a hassle. Renting musical instruments is the best. Best service for their customers. Being local is a bonus.
