Affordable Home Care Solutions

I retained services for my parents with this company a few weeks ago. Initially I was very impressed and believed I had found the best care and support for my parents. When I first called my inquiries were to do with medi-set management and transportation. We were given information describing these services by the initial intake person, and later from the person who met with us and my parents when we signed our contract. Jill was the one that handled the contract signing and she won our hearts. She was warm, professional, informative and gave us confidence. I still think she is awesome, the best part of Affordable Home Care. However mere days went by and my parents had an emergency issue which caused us to call our care plan into action. We soon found that this company doesn't follow through with their promises. They (not Jill) are disorganized and not even on the same page with each other. We heard one protocol from Linda the owner, another from Lydia and another from Zach and another from Jill. No coherency. Went back and forth asking for clarification and got none. In the end I was dealing with Zach, even quoting from their own contract and asking for clarification. Got none, and was then told we would be better served elsewhere. I feel terribly let down and I feel that this company presents competence and quality then when push comes to shove just isn't there. Aside from a Jill they were very unprofessional and uncaring. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Affordable Home Care is a Professional service to assist with home care needs. Jill T the Director of Client Services is a really kind and loving person the best I have known. AHC is not like other services that charge costs that are very high. AND AHC is owned by a nurse. YOUR THE BEST!!!!!! Thanks!!!!
