Platinum Home Warranty

Platinum Home Warranty just replaced our air conditioning unit. What a fantastic job. Great price and great people. The installers were very, very nice and all the interface with Platinum was fantastic. We are very happy with Platinum as we also just had a pool pump installed. Over the years, they have saved us tons of money. We suggest that all people give them a call and sign up for sure. Heat, Air and pool working 100%!! Wow, just used them again on 8/9....Platinum Home Warranty is one fantastic company. We have been with them for seven years and they have immediately fixed anything that went wrong under their coverage. What is really nice is that every person that has come out has been totally professional and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. If it were not for Platinum, we would have been out a great deal of funds. Just a few days ago we had a dishwasher problem and a service rep was out within four hours. He not only fixed the dishwasher, but gave us some great ideas of what soap to use and how to load the unit. He was really nice, funny and quick to answer all of our questions. Use Platinum for sure!!!

We bought a two year plan when we bought our new home. Over the two years, we had to call them several times for service issues and were pleased with the service and timeliness. We renewed the plan on our own for a third year and will continue to do so. Their techs and service reps are friendly and helpful. It is worth the cost!

A Plumber was sent to our home and he was knowledge and fixed the problem immediately. The service was scheduled within 24 hours, individuals that came out gave us a courtesy call and were on time. Just an update. (April 2018) Not only are the technicians they send out extremely professional and personable, the office staff is the same. We had a problem with the billing department and after they reviewed the issue, they not only admitted to their mistake, they corrected it as well. Another reason why we will continue to be customers of Platinum Home Warranty. Platinum Home Warranty is the company to go with if you want to make sure all your appliances and fixtures are kept in good working condition. I have been a customer for 3 years and will continue to be for many years. I recently needed a toilet fixed and thanks to Larry, he was patient enough to wait until the problem showed and then he fixed it. He’s just one example of the knowledgeable and professional propels that Platinum Home Warranty uses. I highly recommend this company.

Platinum provides a free AC unit inspection once a year with the plan we are on. We had this done recently and the company they sent was very thorough, prompt, and answered the questions I had. He ran various tests on the temperature of the air coming through the vents throughout the house and also checked the units outside. We have three units so this would have been a costly service for us. It's a little piece of mind as the summer months are fast approaching. I've really enjoyed our experience with Platinum. We are on year two with their warranty company.
