What a disappointment!!! We can not believe the POOR Quality construction of this home. We bought a home in Eastmark and after moving in, within the first day noticed so many problems we called the project manager over to address these issue. Issue # 1: the molding base boards scratched, poor quality wood and so many paint over runs, spilled paint on tile etc. Issue #2: Garage and deck concrete pours so poorly done - they don't even know how to fix. Issue #3. Large upgraded option slider door major scratch - needs to be replaced and major cracks in the outside stucco- we were told by the project manager that just happens. We moved from Palm Springs and had several minor earthquakes over a 10 year period only 3 cracks. We have been working with the warranty representative, who is trying to get these things addressed. This is a big warranty problem - he is been doing his best. I would never recommend or buy a home from this builder again!!!

LIARS. CHEATS. BULLIES. POOREST QUALITY STANDARDS IN THE INDUSTRY!!! IF YOU DESIRE TO BE BULLIED THROUGH THE ENTIRE PROCESS, THREATENED AND LIED TO, MARACAY IS THE BUILDER FOR YOU. BE PREPARED TO NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR AND WHEN YOU RAISE A QUESTION, YOU WILL BE LIED TO ABOUT YOUR SELECTIONS. WHY BOTHER SELECTING YOUR PERSONAL CHOICES AT THE DESIGN CENTER?? THEY WILL PUT IN WHATEVER THEY WANT, CALL IT "LIVEABLE" PER YOUR CONTRACT, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER TO BE HEARD FROM AGAIN. P.S. THEIR TRADES ARE AS UNSKILLED AS THEY COME. ** CRAIG TUCKER IS A RUTHLESS BULLY THAT WILL STOP AT NOTHING TO GET YOUR SIGNATURE ON THAT LINE. HE IS AN ABSENTEE MANAGER THAT NEEDS TO GET OUT FROM BEHIND HIS DESK AND ACTUALLY VISIT HIS COMMUNITIES AND SEE THE DEFICIT IN CRAFTSMANSHIP FOR HIMSELF ** ** PHIL BENSON IS A CLUELESS LIAR. CLUELESS IN THE ORDER OF BUSINESS IN SALES, CONSTRUCTION, FINANCE; LITERALLY ANYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH PURCHASING A HOME ** ** CLIFF ROBINSON "never" GETS YOUR EMAILS SO NOTHING EVER GETS COMPLETED, HE LIES AS WELL AS HIS UNSKILLED CREW BUILDS ** ** RICH STONE IS A CORPORATE PUPPET AND A LIAR ** I truly hope our pain does not become another's. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MARACAY HOMES.

One of my clients recently purchased and moved into a home built by Maracay. The agent Amanda O'halloran did a fantastic job. Everything went great. Recommended.

Building our Maracay home has been nothing but a Nightmare. The design process felt rushed. They expect you to make every decision in 4 hours and God forbid you try changing something after the fact. Services that were promised verbally and not annotated properly in the contract by Maracay, turns into the customers fault. The Construction Manager only returns your calls when you find "Modelo" beer bottles in the backyard, with fresh stucco attached to them. Their "Preferred Lender" has dragged their feet every step of the way. The lender has promised us a phone call every other day for a week, still haven't heard anything. The only part of this process that has been enjoyable was our salesman. Its unfortunate he must work amongst these imbecile's. If you have $420,187.00 to spend on a home, take it somewhere it will be appreciated. Not to Maracay, where their slogan should be, "Maracay, its an inconvenience to build you a home." P.S. The color of our home is still wrong!

I'm a Real Estate Broker in Southern Arizona and my experience over the last 10 years has been nothing but positive with Maracay Homes. They build a quality product, offer flex design options and from what I've noticed their neighborhoods hold their prices better.
