Airspace Lounge

This is a 2 star lounge at best, staffed with 6 or 7 star staff to bring the average up to 4. Each time I come the staff that greet arriving passengers are really friendly and usually recognize me. No request is too much. Sadly they are wasted working in this specific lounge. They would be a delightful addition to any better equipped lounge.

This has to be one of the worst lounges I have experienced. If this is supposed to be a premium experience, Im shocked. Food offering dreadful. Breakfast taken off at 9am. Cheese and crackers. Too concerned selling drinks and food. AA should look at this vendor and sack them. If I wanted no frills I'd fly a Lo Co. American are supposed to be premium. Very disappointed

This lounge gets incredibly busy...fast. It seems like they partner with Japan Airlines for their 1st and business class passengers and so in the moments before those flights leave, the lounge can fill up very quickly, screaming children included. Just a heads up if you were planning on getting work done before your flight. I couldn’t. Because of this, and also the fact that most food is served “a la carte” the lounge feels extremely understaffed. Expect to wait several minutes to both order and receive your food. Same goes for the shower. After I was told that they’d have someone clean it so I could use it, nobody came to let me know it was ready and it turned out they had allowed someone else to use it, for which I had to wait another half hour until they cleaned it again. I was early for my flight, so it wasn’t a huge deal. But still an inconvenience.

Nice place to wait for the plane. Service is good. The usual food choices. Better then sitting and waiting at the gate.

Small, mixed use space by all airlines. Every time I fly BA from here, the lounge is filled with what seems to be half of the airplane. SOOOOO many people in there and no space.
