All City Pet Cremation

The service at All City Pet Cremation was excellent. I had been calling veterinarians that wanted 600 to do a group cremation, All City quoted me a much more reasonable price. They came to pick him up, and were very respectful, and I was able to have him shipped back by UPS. NEVER call a veterinarian if you need cremation services and want the ashes. Nasir is in a beautiful rosewood box, with a name plaque and not a metal tin with a label-maker label on it. I saved money and received a much more quality experience and service.

Everything went smoothly in a timely manner. They were extremely professional and empathetic. I’d never gone through the process before, they explained everything thoroughly and upfront. They took care of picking up my cat from the vet the same day. Attention is paid to detail with certificates and the paw print is such a sweet touch. Presentation matters so I was happy to find their location is nicely decorated and comforting. I’m very happy with their services and that means a lot, being that this is the final step in my cats passing and I get that peace of mind. I’m glad I made arrangements with them, traveling from the Bronx, instead of leaving the city. I would definitely recommend.

Great service! Had my oldest cat die last week and I called them up late at night and they came within an hour to the house and all the service was done in their company car. Super professional and extremely dedicated. Highly recommend!

Torrey always meows when he drinks water. I was enjoying a relaxing Sunday evening waiting for baseball to make me sleep. Michèle walked over to find Torrey in distress. We are so heartbroken. Torrey passed away in our home while we tended to him. The next morning, Michele called All City Pet Cremation, Inc., about cremating Torrey. The empathy they showed was so heart warming for us. A nice man picked up Torrey. He was able to find parking in Forest Hills, by negotiating a spot with a Verizon Wireless employee who was early reporting for duty. When we picked up Torrey's cremains in Ozone Park, it was in a beautiful cherry wood box. The added touch was, an imprint of Torrey's paw print. That was special. Thank you All City Pet Cremation Inc., for treating Torrey with such kindness and respect. I highly recommend All City Pet Cremation Inc. for anyone who has suffered a loss.
