Hamilton Pet Meadow

I'm really not understanding how anybody can leave a bad review here. Everyone has to understand something this is a business just like anything else when we bury or cremate a human being what is the first thing that we discuss costs what we're doing where they are going how much it will be when time scheduling. My family and I recently lost our pet Bruno Rottweiler to unknown cancer that we had no idea was growing inside of him for god-knows-how-long. He passed away with us in the back of my truck 12 hours after showing the first signs of being sick we rushed him out to the local pet emergency room only to be told that he expired prior to our arrival. And what happened we immediately spoke about the bill payments because again it's a business. Animerge immediately set us up with Hamilton Meadows and advised me to contact them later in the day to let them know Bruno's passing. I spoke to a young gentleman who advised me of everything that would be happening and I told him that I wanted to be there for the cremation he told me what time it could be and how much it would cost. I advise them that due to my work schedule I wasn't able to make it at The Times They gave me so they told me that I could do it later in the week than I ever thought I could because I thought that once Bruno arrived it would have to be a quick service but they help me out tremendously by holding it off before it for 4 days. I never did a viewing or private cremation or witness cremation like I did with my mother and my two daughters and let me tell you it was very respectful extremely moving and just the way that Bruno should have went out. With a nice fluffy pillow and a warm blanket Bruno looked just like he did when we last saw him a little cold but that's just the process. The gentleman handling the cremation show nothing more but respect compassion and support for me and my family. He spoke to us as if he lost somebody himself and even took about 15 minutes during the process of The Cremation which took about 3 hours to come out and talk to me on how great it is to see families come to the establishment and be together on such a sorrowful day. I know this is a very lengthy review but let me tell you I can't express any more than I am on how thankful my family and I are for what Hamilton Meadows did for our big fluff-ball. Bruno is truly missed we love them but with the way he went over the Rainbow Bridge is just the way he should have respectfully and loved and I can't thank Hamilton Meadows anymore for how they treated him and how they treated us thank you guys

They were very sympathetic and professional. They came very quickly on a Sunday to pick my dog up and handled her with such compassion and care as she deserved. The front staff was also very helpful as I wasn't sure right away what I was able to do with her ashes and gave me time to really think about it and make the best decision. I'm happy to say she is back home in a beautiful urn engraved with her name and even a sweet little poem with a certificate they give as well. In a very hard time they made my experience of losing my first dog much easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone in a time of need with their lost loved one.

Unfortunately we had to put our Biscuit to sleep at the age of 9. Our vet came to our home to do this. A gentleman from Pet Meadows came for my dog and was very sympathetic. Just received call to pick up my dog's print in plaster and it came out beautiful and was placed in a nice case with a card. Very nice people.

I can not thank Pet Meadows enough for the services they provided for my beloved Bambino. In this difficult time, they were so warm, caring and respectful for myself and my dog (who was more like my child.) Nora, Cindy and all the other staff that I interacted with were beyond professional and they seem like a family there that truly cares for their customers and their pets. Thank you again for everything. You went above and beyond to make this terrible time in my life a lot easier. ♡

The pet breavement counselors were very sympathetic and understanding. The establishment is very clean and well managed. The great service makes a difficult process easier.
