I cannot say enough good about Paws to Heaven. The level of compassion and professionalism they showed me and my horse that passed away was second to none. They were able to accommodate my needs the same day and at a good price. Their driver came to our farm to pick up my horse for cremation and the driver even took the extra effort to make sure my horse, Whiskey's, face did not touch the ground, which meant the world to me. His ashes were delivered back to me in a beautiful wooden urn with his name inscribed on a very nice brass plaque. If you have a loved pet that has passed, and you want to have him / her cremated, Paws to Heaven is the best in the business. Our remaining horses will only go to Paws to Heaven when their time comes.

Friends, beware of this place, I asked for a private cremation and sure they'll charge you extra, but if you're not standing right in front of the incinerator watching them actually turn it on and stay there for the whole duration, you won't know what you're getting for the extra charge. They attempted to scam me , they placed my beloved pet in the incinerator and didn't even bother to turn it on and showed me the way back to waiting room. I inched back to incinerator and after a 20min wait it was still off. They said it would take 45min at the beginning. When someone saw me in the incinerator room, they said I can't be in there, I said I'm not having a good feeling about this process that I wasn't going anywhere and that's when they turned on the incinerator after 20-25 mins. I also saw black trash bags in the trash, that when I touched to check if there was a dead animal in it , it felt like it was. Then they started scrambling around throwing away their filled trash cans while I was waiting for my pet's ashes. I'm sorry I didn't turned them in to the attorney general's office.

I got my pet's ashes today and I was really sad but also happy that I was able to get something to remember my Piko in a very special way. The box was personalized with my pet's name and they even made a clay paw print to remember him by, which made me cry even more by the way. But thank you for providing the service and making this sad moment for me much easier by memorializing him in such a nice way.
What I really love the most was the paw print in clay. That was a pleasant surprise because I meant to have it done before he passed but I didnt know our days were so numbered by then, thank you from the bottom of my heart for adding that special part and allowing me to accept that he is gone, but also remembering the fond memories we shared.

The locals vets use this service and reviews were good
Had to put my dog down for the first time . We brought our dog there ,as we wanted to give her dignity , not sure if the owner was having a bad day but his bedside manner was cold and abrupt . We said we wanted her creamated with her sweater and my son shirt and to throw the blanket out as it was given by the vet and it did not mean anything to us . When we returned the clothes were in a bag and when we asked about it he said you said to use the blanket . There was four of us there and we know what was said . He is cold and insensitive . Not sure what we are going to do when our cat passes as they are the only place around and I guess when you don’t have choices you are entitled to an attitude.

Today I picked up the ashes of my best friend and service dog and I was shocked to find my dogs ashes in a beautiful wooden box with her name engraved. This gesture of kindness went a long way and I highly appreciate this companies efforts.
