All My Sons Moving & Storage

Our Estimator was Tommy Cardente. He was personable, charming, and, most of all --accurate. The moving crew was fast, friendly and funny. They seemed to pride themselves on moving as many boxes as possible and as fast as possible. They made moving fun. They moved our 8 room house in exactly 3 hours. They moved us into our new home also in 3 hours. They never stopped. I highly recommend All My Sons Moving Company.

The movers worked hard, but they dropped and broke my washing machine. I called in and spoke with the company and they referred me to claims. I asked if the repair could be expedited, but the rep said no there's nothing she can do. Paid $100 bucks for a tech to take a look at it and it will cost between 400-600 to fix. Mind you, I paid all my sons 1200 to move me a mile from my prevous location. Evidently, they didn't use a moving bolt for the washer, and they broke the top off the washer. I even witness them dropping the washer. Things happen, I get it, but now I have no washer and water in my basement. Today my wife called and spoke with an area manager, he informed her that he's never heard of a shipping bolt (with a rude and defensive attitude) but he'd check with the crew who moved us and would call me back. No call back, no empathy and no accountability. I was in the military and moved around several times, this was the worst experience by far. So, if you need a mover, go elsewhere! Way to overpriced and obviously there's some training issues. Over priced, management is unprofessional and there's no accountability! Own the mistake and move on, but not calling a customer who paid for the move only to have things damaged? Thank you.

Excellent moving company, from initial talk down to the terrific crew on moving day. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. The Consumer Affairs Division of the CSFC as well as numerous Attorney Generals across the country have fielded numerous complaints. They are a low cost vendor that can handle small jobs only. For full moves of entire household across larger distances does not have capacity to handle. Will low ball the price to get the work and then do a dump and run.

A team of 5 movers were sent to our business. We were relocating to another office and the team could not have been any better. They were all so polite, fast and careful with all of our belongings. I would highly recommend All My Sons for any moving needs.
