Been with them for 3 years now.  I have been in the process of moving back to Arizona and love this storage unit.  Drive up, pick up, great staff and clean.

Joe couldn't have been more Condescending, Dismissive, and Matter of Factly on the phone when asking about availability of the storage units!
He seemed more concerned with turning away the business than doing business!!!
Granted they were Sold out, but he didn't have to respond when I asked if it was true, and his response was "you really catch on quick, don't you"?

Great staff with quick answers to my questions and very friendly. I have been to other u-hauls and this is one the cleanest and nicest ones I've seen. Would use again and great prices too!
