All My Sons Moving & Storage

Nice guys, but I can't believe how poorly our stuff was packed and left in our garages. Our very nice furniture which we've slowly purchased and love, wasn't wrapped or protected, and as I'm looking at things now, so many things were badly scraped. I'm so upset and sad there was no care taken. We've literally had thousands of dollars of furniture in one way or another scraped, or dented. Our toddlers white linen Poterry Barn bed was not fully wrapped and now dirty. Our all natural kids wood table was scrapped. The vanity also not fully protected was dented and now wobbly from movers standing on top of it. Just a mess. We've worked so hard to be able to afford this quality of furniture, and most is now damaged in one way or another. Then the way things were stored was so carelessly. Items that were supposed to go into our apartment ended up in the middle of the garage, such as baby highchair and dresser, and boxes that belonged in the apartment (they were labeled). So much more that's too much to list here. I'm just so sad that I couldn't count on this company to protect our belongings. I have been recovering from a medical problem and was not able to direct in everything but still, no reason why things should have been packed so poorly and stored so sloppy. I'm just sad and upset so much was damaged. And what to do now but complain and write a review?! With two little one, running a business a recovering, I am angry to have to deal with this mess and not be able to count on this moving company. Guys showed up today, I was given no notice, they just showed up first thing in the morning to help rearrange our things. When I asked them what happened, they said my husband wasn't giving them directive, so they just put things wherever. Well, it's one thing that things were not put in the appropriate places, it's another thing that things were not properly moved and stored. There's no excuse for not wrapping our furniture for the move, and no excuse for piling our things up this way. See photos.

Best move I've had. Not over priced, I'd even say a deal. Having been a military family, then after several cross country moves for jobs, we've seen many VERY Expensive moving companies, but this one was the best so far. They called when leaving to come, called when near, had more than enough men for the job. We weren't going far, from Sun City Grand to Victory at Verrado (only a forty min. Drive) but all was wrapped well, and efficiently packed and unpacked. Workers were extremely polite and constantly asked me where things went, even helping me sort things out a bit. I will be recommending this crew, and company to anyone in need.

Our simple move from storage to a home four miles away did not go as planned. The plan was to get 20 minutes notice of the truck leaving. Pack a 26 foot truck with a four man crew and move a short distance. What happened was different - 1. No 20 minute notice only "Hi, were here at the storage..." Great, we're not... 2. Not a 26 foot truck, but a 20 foot truck. 3. Yes a 4 man crew, but an exhausted crew from 3 previous moves. 3. After seeing the storage and immediate "We're gonna need another truck. We gonna need a bigger truck would have at least been funny. I expect a moving company to know how to load a truck... Now to add context, we had two units packed only 1/2 high. 4. SO, after pressure saying two moves would be quicker that became plan. 5. Completed cost over $1,100 way more than estimated AND damage to our entertainment center. Summary - I will not recommend All My Sons Moving - damage, exhausted movers, slow pace .

The simultaneous closing of homes did not go smoothly. The moving, however, did. Everyone at All My Sons was kind and helpful, reassuring me every step of the way, and accommodating all the changes of plans. I had the same crew over two days, and they were hard - working and positive, and even had a pretty good choreographed dance routine! Thanks for a great experience!

Michael and Lakamyan did an amazing job moving my two story, four bedroom house into a storage space in Anthem. They were professional, on time, and a pleasure to be around throughout the day. I was concerned about having enough room for everything, but they arranged it all so efficiently that there was excessive room to spare. This was my first time hiring movers, and it was fast, super easy, reasonably-priced, and perfectly executed from start to finish.
