This company destroyed so much of our stuff and then would not return any calls or emails. I am still pretty devastated by the all damage they did. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged and some of it was beyond repair. We didn't get what we were promised. It should have been three movers and it was only two. When I questioned that and showed the guy on the form where it said "three movers" he said nothing. Literally not one word. They were like a tornado in my house. The bashed up the walls so bad I had to go in and plaster some holes and paint over the damages. This was in the old house that we sold and our brand new home that we just bought! Their movers were horrid and I can't believe my eyes when I read the reviews saying they were good.... they just can not be the same movers. The movers we had were the WORST movers ever. I STILL have nightmares about that horrid day. I say buyer beware. If you get the same team we did make very sure to call the office and complain... though I honestly don't know what good it will do as they don't like to answer the phone! Be very sure not to pay them first if they trash your stuff. Once you pay and sign you are done... they do NOT care if they damaged and destroyed you stuff. Call the office and tell them you want some one out there and you will pay AFTER they acknowledge all the damage. Otherwise you can just deal with the nightmare, like we had to.

I contracted Arizona Movers about a month back and was exceptionally cheerful. The young ladies in the workplace were exceptionally pleasant and neighborly and the folks they sent me were extremely proficient. They squandered no time and moving the greater part of my effects as fast as could be expected under the circumstances. The quote they gave me via telephone was precisely what I paid. There were no concealed charges and I was exceptionally fulfilled. I will utilize them again in two or three months to move all my stuff into my new house. The folks were marvelous!! I would prescribe them to anyone that needs awesome expert administration!!

I had a great experience with Arizona Movers and Storage! The guys who moved us were professional and efficient. They stacked all of my stuff properly, wrapped everything that needed to get wrapped. This was my first time using professional movers. They took the stress of moving right off my shoulders. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know who's moving. The office staff was also very professional and informative. I didn't feel like there were any surprises at the end when I got the bill. Thank you Arizona Movers and Storage!

Karla refused name of owner to me. Now this company is trying to have me pay up front before delivery of my stuff in storage. This is not a business to use. There are plenty of companies that you can use in the area that will not screw you over. I've paid my bill as invoiced for storage on time and yet now I'm being told that they don't trust that I'll pay and that I need to come into the office with a money order or cashier's check to pay up front $726.00 for storage amd moving. How would you trust that they will deliver? Yet, I have to otherwise I won't get my stuff? This is not good business. She threatened that they worked with me because they did not bill me a late charge for an error in their invoicing when it was sent to me late for the last 5 months. This is how you work with someone? I've paid my bill on time every month of $250.00 for storage, a ridiculous fee I might add. I've used this company thinking being a repeat customer they'd treat you pretty well, however this is not the case. They lie, take your money and think you are untrustworthy yet I've never proved that. I have done what is needed, I feel they should too. Why would anyone pay for a service before it is complete? Please take your money elsewhere. These reviews lately are probably not real customers. Seeing how the bad reviews are the ones that sound exactly how they are. They say they'll call you or email you and don't. Terrible customer service. BBB here I come again.

Thrilled with this company! I’ve used them on 3 occasions this last month and I must say I have found my moving company. Every time I call the experience is just as great as the time before. They are fast, careful and reliable. They don’t drag their feet, which most moving companies do. Thank you Arizona movers and storage!
