Arizona Discount Movers

About 5 months ago. I moved out of my apartment and into a storage unit until I could find a new place. Cal and DJ moved me. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. We estimated a 3 hour move and were right on time. They did an awesome job with shrink wrapping my items to protect them while in storage. I found a place and we love to have them move my items to my new place. Great job.

Great company: honest, reliable, and efficient. I've moved with the military at least a dozen times, but the best move I've ever experienced happened after I retired from the military. The estimator, Jay came on time to do a truthful in-home estimate, but we ended up paying less when they used less packing materials, and needing less people and trucks for the actual move. The move supervised by Mike was flawless, efficient, and fast; all the movers hustled, and they got done quickly. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was great. The service was fast, clean and without any problems or surprises. The guys were really friendly and helpful and always had a good attitude and disposition to get the job done with no problems. Definitely will recommend Them to anyone as we are very pleased with their service. They were on time and got the job done before than the initial estimation and that was a nice surprise as they didn't look to have long breaks.

Excellent Moving Company! They've done 3 moves for me personally as well as 2 family members that I've recommended. We used their storage facility as well. Very competitively priced and a great overall value.

Disappointing experience with this company. They claim to value customer service and their customers but I did not see any of that. Our movers showed up 3 hours late, had to call a third mover and took 8 hours. Immediately when they arrived they made multiple comments about how much stuff we had, the size and that we were moving to a 2 story. It was uncomfortable hearing negative comments about your stuff in your personal space go on for 8 hours. They showed high levels of dissatisfaction and were careless with my things. Ended up with a cracked 55” TV and was told that due to contract it is not covered. They refunded me 1 hour due to not being a satisfied customer. I had requested a full refund for the entire experience. The owner will not talk with you and management never once contacted me back on the claim, I called every time and felt I was just being shuffled around. If you are looking for high customer service do not use this company!! I now have to purchase a new TV and a sour taste in my mouth about movers.
