I was able to work things out. With the help of people that actually have integrity. Rebecca and Lisa should not be apart of them very dishonest and confused to say the least.

We moved from Arizona to Ohio and had no problems. Our agent Steve and his assistant Charla were great at communicating and answering questions. Our items were packed and delivered in good condition, and the moving team was professional and efficient. I would use Berger Allied again.

Movers beware! I hired this organization to move my family and me up to the Midwest and was assured about how reputable they were by their salesman. The crew they had load our house stole a bunch of my wife's jewelry including some irreplaceable sentimental pieces. When I contacted my salesman Randy and made him aware of it, very little regard in trying to assist us. The truck driver was incredibly rude and lazy on top of it. Wish we would took the other bid from Mayflower. We are looking into involving the authorities at this point. Can't stress enough how I would never hire this outfit again!
