Two Men and a Truck

I loved my experience with Two Men West Valley. My movers were Damon and Desmond. These 2 guys were awesome. They handled all of our belongings with great care and made sure all the small items were packed and secured. My father had passed away a couple months ago and I needed to get his furniture out of the house and into a storage unit. Both Damon and Desmond were sympathetic to my situation and handled my fathers furniture with care, as if it were their own. I have nothing but great things to say about these 2 guys as well as the office staff at Two Men West Valley. The contract was straight forward, the pricing was definitely reasonable, and everything went a smoothly as possible. Thanks so much Two Men. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys are wonderful. Experienced, careful, thoughtful, fast, and no one beats their customer service. I used 3 movers in the last 5 months and several well known in the past 40 years. 2 Men & a truck provided me with the most professional service to date. I WILL use them again. If you value your things, you should too.

Both men were professional. They didn't rush, but they didn't drag their feet either. They worked steadily until they were done. I loved how they were not stingy with how many packing pads they needed. They made sure they packed up our furniture super tight with the pads. They even asked me what items were valuable to me personally so they could take extra caution. They were wonderful, we will use them again and only them when we move again.

The move with this company was a nightmare. 4.5 hours to pack a truck from a 2 bedroom condo. They RIPPED our one and only couch during the move, right in the middle of the chaise lounge cushion- non flippable cushion. I have spend the past 4.5 weeks trying to get them to fix this. I have given up work time and weekend time amongst many phone calls. They have given me the run around every step of the way and my couch is still not fixed. I have been told to call Manny a repair man- I did that Manny said it couldn't be repaired. Then no contact for 2 weeks. I called again- Marina came to my house on a Saturday and took up over 3 hours of my time between late arrival, traffic, etc. She took a fabric sample over 2 weeks ago. Thank goodness I did not give them the entire cushion like she asked, otherwise I would have nothing to sit on! Still no response form the company. I called twice today. got a hold of Marina -I was told To wait until next week for another call because they are short staffed. I told her that was unacceptable and she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! PURE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR STUFF AND THEN RUN AWAY!! I am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Very friendly and hard working movers. They worked very hard and smart. Didn't have any hidden cost like $40 a roll for wraps like some other company. In the end, paid way less than I expected. Definitely would use again.
