We moved from Milwaukee to Phoenix and the guys took great care of our stuff and it was actually delivered a day early (which was a blessing for me, since I needed some things unexpectedly). Anthony was our foreman and he was a delight to work with. We had some really awkward and heavy pieces and everything showed up intact and the price was reasonable. I'm really glad we went with them instead of trying to move everything ourselves.

Poor communication and service. They showed up to the house quickly which seemed promising. They looked over the stuff to give an estimate, and said they'd let me know by the next day what my quote would be. After 2 weeks of no contact from them, I contacted them, only to get a lame excuse from customer service that the guy had gotten sick for a few days, and reassured me I'd get my quote ASAP. The person answering calls is really nice though, when they decide to answer. I went another 2 weeks waiting around before writing them and getting zero response. Tried again after that too. I never did get contacted about that quote (another month later). One person gets sick for a few days and it makes nobody able to do their job for months? ...Must've been some flu. Lol. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Well.....1000 lbs of my belongings still haven't made it to Phoenix. The rest of our load was delivered June 5...it is now July 5. Don't anticipate receiving "overflow" until next week if we are lucky.
